If you choose to use voice capture, your recordings may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers solely for transcription and organization.
To make sure nothing you say or type is ever lost, To-do.me keeps a private copy of the text of each capture on our servers before it is organized. Only you can access it. These copies exist for recovery and troubleshooting and are automatically deleted after 30 days, and immediately if you delete your account.
